Muscle & Joint Injuries
Treatment for sprains, strains, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions to restore function and reduce pain.
Expert care to help you move better, feel stronger, and live without limits. Personalized treatment plans designed for your unique journey to recovery.

My journey into physiotherapy began at 14, when a knee injury requiring surgery introduced me to the transformative power of physio. That physiotherapist made a lasting impact on me. During my recovery year away from sport, I discovered First Aid, which ignited my passion for treating patients on the sidelines—often working alongside physios. Years later, when my grandmother suffered from mysterious joint pains that doctors couldn't diagnose, it was her physiotherapist who suspected rheumatoid arthritis. That correct diagnosis changed her quality of life, and it changed my path too.
With 6 years of experience, I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with genuine care for each patient's unique journey to recovery.
Treatment Philosophy: I believe in empowering my patients with knowledge about their condition so they understand what's happening in their own body. Patients need to take an active role in their recovery, and giving them a better understanding always leads to better results. Although I'd love to believe I have magic hands some days, ultimately it's what the patient does every other day that aids their recovery. Educating patients on how to manage their condition, while taking a holistic approach, is vital.

Nadine is great. She made me feel comfortable, took a full history, talked me through the treatment and after the session directed me to what I needed to do for ongoing strength and conditioning. It is a win that Nadine is contracted into medical aid so there was no need to pay up front. I would definitely recommend Nadine!
Nadine is an incredibly professional physio and very easy to talk to. The take home exercises and her thoroughness in researching and after session follow up is amazing. I've always felt very comfortable with her treating me and always go to her for any kind of physio that I need.
Nadine is a brilliant Physiotherapist. I was suffering with intense migraines that were preventing me from functioning like a normal person and she honestly helped me so much. She is very thorough and detailed in her examination and treatment and keeps you informed during session. Thank you so much for helping me!
No, you don't need a referral to see a physiotherapist in South Africa. Physiotherapists are first-line practitioners, meaning you can come directly to us with an injury to get a diagnosis or referral elsewhere if needed. However, some medical aids require a doctor's referral in order to cover the session—so please check with your specific provider.
After our initial assessment, I'll be able to determine a treatment plan and how many sessions may be necessary. This depends on your condition, its severity, and how long you've had it. Some conditions improve in 2-3 sessions, while others may need longer-term care.
Sometimes treatment over tender and injured areas can be uncomfortable. But it's important to maintain open communication throughout the session on how you're feeling so I can adjust treatment if you aren't coping. I'll always work with you to keep treatment within a tolerable range.
